Responsibility

Next week, there will be a presentation on responsibility, specially for parents with kids in third grade. Come and learn with us and enjoy a video of your kids!

Responsibility is the value we will be learning about during March.
Children need to have the expereience of success of failure as a consequence of a personal decision, in order to taste responsibility. It is a learning process of trial and error, of doing things right and making mistakes.

One thing kids need to know is what is expected of them and how to achieve things. This is the reason why it is so important to inform them of the process to whatever he/she is asked to do, and why it is important that they fulfill the task.

Also, they need to have the opportunity to choose to do, or not to do the task. If they can freely choose, they are exercising responsibility.
